Dar Al Eiman Al Khalil Hotel ★★★

Location was very near to Al Haram and the restaurants near by were good.

I booked 3 beds but I was given only 2 beds. The reception staff told that it is not their fault. It is system fault. In their system they received it as two beds. It was difficult for three people to manage with the two beds. I managed to stay as I did not want to waste my time in arguing with the reception staff.

The lighting and the location

No one was in the reception when we arrived to check in , we waited for about half an hour, whereas tgey said we can check in at any time.

the booked room was not reserved and I end up paying more for the same room which i have booked for. Reaching to the property is though as police has block the road before every salah ( prayer time).

Location is very good. 10 mins walk to haram. Plenty of eat outs and shopping.

Cleanliness, washroom drainage and less number of staff to attend too many checking in / out customers (especially for luggage).

The location is good for young people. Rooms are really small I had to change rooms because we couldn't fit in as we were 3 people. Its comfortable for 2 beds but they squeeze room upto 4 beds in small size. NO mini bars (kettle, cups, tea ..ect) as they advertised. Lifts are good no crowds at busy time. (Just stay away from this hotel if you are over 2 people in one room). Staff receptionist: Brother Hassan and Yasser tried their best to help. Brother Hassan even gave me one day (Eid day) free (thank you). But maybe this due to the large amount of money I paid for the last Ten days of Ramadan. I will recommend to this hotel if you are only 2 young people.

Very Small rooms. Small toilet and smells. Weak water follow above the floor 7. No seating area or mini as a 3 star hotel should provide. It is quite long walk to the haram if the road next to the cloak tower is blocked which is difficult for elderly people.

Cleanliness is a disaster. Room is filled with beds ‘had a 4 bed room while we were two’ No telephone is n the room to communicate with the hotel staff. No F&B facilities. No in room amenities Overall not satisfactory

staff was very rude , ac not working I had fight there and need to replace ac from room , rooms are very small and bathrooms also

Property is not too far from Masjid Haram and it is very neat and clean place, staffs are very charming and welcoming

The checking in time needs to be updated to 4pm as we had to wait and the road gets blocked off one hour before each salah prayers

Friendly staff, many shops and restaurants nearby, bit far from Haram.

Room was way too small. There's barely no space to put our only luggage. Heard street noises all the times even though we're 12th floor.

The staff especially Hasan was very polite and put my mind at easy when check in was delayed.

The room was unclean and so was the bathroom, the bathroom didn't not smell very good.

الفندق سي جدا ولا انصح بلاقامه فيه تعامل الموظفين غير مناسب والغرفه التي حصلت عليها كانت متسخه وغير مريحه ليس لديهم مرونه مع الشخص المقيم روائح كريهه في الغرف الهيتر لا يعمل الخ ............

الطاقم بشكل عام وبالأخص علاء في الاستقبال شخص راقي جدا في تعامله.. وبأمانه لو لم يكن موجود ماكنت أقمت في الفندق

صغر حجم الغرفه وعدم توفر غرف أكثر من 3 سراير

قريب من الحرم المكي الشريف فقط

-موظفوا الفندق لا يردون على أي نوع من الاتصالات ، هاتف ، ايميل، أو حتى من موظفوا بوكينج. -ضيق المساحة -نظافة متدنية -الفندق عرض علي الإقامة بدون الحجز عن طريق بوكينج بأقل من السعر المعروض بـ70 ريال ، بينما بوكينج عند الحجز ضمن لي السعر الأقل. - حال الوصول حاول الفندق استقطاع قيمة الحجز عن طريق البطاقة الإئتمانية ، في الوقت الذي قمت فيه بتسليمهم قيمة الحجز نقدا عند الوصول . -لا توجد خدمة غرف -لا توجد خدمة واي فاي -لا توجد خدمة إفطار أو عشاء

الافياش قديمه الشكل وغير مناسبه لشواحن الجوال الغرف ضيقه جداً المكيف ضعيف الهواء وغير بارد ضيق الحمام التلفزيون صغير جداً البعد عن الحرم. موقع الفندق بعيد عن الحرم سيئ ولا يستحق القيمه اللي دفعتها. وعن محاولة استرجاع مبلغ اليوم التالي. رفضوا ولم يستطيع البوكنج حل الموضوع

مستوى نظافة الحمامات اعزكم الله دون المستوى تماما وطلبت منهم وسادة اضافية ابلغوني بعدم تواجد أي وسائد تخيلوا فندق بمثل هذا الحجم ولا يوجد وسائد والغرفة ضيقة جدا لا تصلح كغرفة ثلاثية

قربه من الحرم فقط

حضرت الساعة 2 ظهرا ورفض ان يعطيني غرفتي الا بعد 4 عصرا وايضا جهل الموضف بنظام بوكنق وكان معبدي كبار بالسن ولم استطع ان اقرب سيارتي للفندق

موظف الاستقبال عبدالعزيز في ردوده عدم وجود فيشه ثلالثيه اختفاء الفيش ضعف التكيف

معامله الرسيبشن كانت سيئه صباحا لولا تدخل مدير الفندق السيد المحترم ياسر الدوسري هو من حضر لي وطيب خاطري لاني كنت ناوي اترك الفندق.
